Are you busy?

I work with only a few people at a time so I can stay present. When I’m at capacity, I say so. If you’re ready to move and I can’t take you on, I’ll refer you to someone I trust. No overwhelm, no juggling, no disappearing.

Are you a solo Realtor or part of a team?

Solo by design. I’m a licensed Ontario Realtor with Royal LePage Performance Realty. My husband, David, supports my practice as an unlicensed assistant - bound by confidentiality, professionalism, and ethics agreements. The relationship, and the responsibility, stay with me.

What is a “professional truth-teller”?

It means I’ll tell you what’s real, not just what’s easy - whether that’s timing, pricing, or strategy. My job isn’t to push a transaction; it’s to protect your interests.

What if my home isn’t ‘market ready,’ or I change my mind mid-process?

That’s normal. Homes and people rarely start from a perfect place. We’ll adapt, pause, or reframe as needed. The goal is clarity, not speed.

Do you work outside Ottawa?

I’m a member of the Ottawa Real Estate Board, which covers a wide area - from the city to nearby towns and rural communities. If you’re within that range, I can likely help. Beyond it, I’ll tell you if distance might limit what you deserve.

Do you handle rentals or investment properties?

Occasionally - when it makes sense for an ongoing client relationship or broader plan. My focus is primarily on people and their goals, not the specific transaction.

What if I’ve had a bad experience with another Realtor?

Then we take it slow. We’ll rebuild trust in the process first, so you can move forward feeling grounded, guided, and informed - not guarded.

How do you communicate?

Text, email, phone, chat, or in-person. You hear from me - not a template or a rotating, faceless “team member.”

Are you a plug-and-play Realtor?

No - and that’s intentional. I’m not here to run plays or hit quotas. I work slowly enough to see what matters, and directly enough to say what’s true. I’m not a plug-and-play Realtor; I’m a fit-by-feel one.

Are you expensive?

I charge fairly for full service - transparent, no gimmicks. You’re investing in depth, not flash. I bring value and don’t negotiate my value. That said, my fees have sometimes met the circumstances.

Are you for everyone?

No - and you wouldn’t want me to be. That’s okay. The best results come from fit, not force. Early alignment makes the entire process smoother.

How do you define success in your work?

When a client feels informed, grounded, and without regrets - that’s success. It’s less about the transaction, and more about having been seen, guided, and never rushed.
