Every individual comes to real estate with unique wants and needs, and with their own unique circumstances. Work with a professional who talks less about themselves, and who listens more.
Mine is an intentionally small practice - a deliberate way to work in real estate. I work with only a few clients at a time, those who value clarity and candid counsel over spectacle.Principled work. Candid conversations. Each client met where they are - with truth, discernment, and respect.I guide through both the decisions and the details, so you feel supported throughout and confident in the choices you make.

Buying a home often marks a turning point - a change, a hope, a new chapter. Whether it’s excitement or necessity that brings you here, my role is to keep you clear-eyed and steady as you find what feels right. I don’t sell houses - I help people make grounded, regret-free decisions about where their next chapter begins.
Selling is rarely just a transaction. It’s the end of a chapter, and sometimes the letting go hurts. I help you see your home as others will - with objectivity, care, and respect - so you can move forward with confidence, not regret. I bring honesty, calm, and perspective to a process that too many treat as performance.

Everything starts with a real conversation. What matters to you, what lies ahead, what you need - that’s the foundation.

From search to sale, I'll help you make informed decisions - cutting through the noise with honest guidance and practical insight.
It all leads here: a home that fits, a process that made sense, and choices you feel good about — long after the keys change hands.

Sometimes the best way to start is just a quick conversation - no forms, no pressure, just a human exchange to see what’s next.
Real Conversation. Never a pitch.
No ready to chat? Prefer a slower start? Send a note when it suits you. I’ll reply with care - no scripts, just a thoughtful response.
A Human reply, not templates.
Because you matter. My practice is committed to trust, dignity and respect. It matters - who feels safe, heard, and seen.
I work with people from every background: 2SLGBTQ+, Indigenous, neurodivergent, racialized, young, old, every pronoun and those who choose none.
Everyone matters.

"Brent was wonderful, I had to sell the family home due to my mothers illness and the entire process was way over my head. I needed a lot of handholding and he was there every step of the way. I can't thank him enough. :) "
Chris Little
"Brent is an exceptional human and Realtor. The experience we shared with a mutual client where Brent was hired as the realtor to sell the home was second to none. In the challenging situation, Brent was able to not only clearly see how to create the best possible outcome, but also execute it successfully which was exactly what was needed. ."
Tanya Laughlin
"As a first time homebuyer Brenton was exactly what my Fiancé and I needed, especially in such an ever-changing Ottawa housing market. Whether it be from talking us through our frustrations to adapting to our many changes of needs, ranging from price range to region, Brenton was incredible receptive and encouraging. We are incredibly happy with both the house we found and the price we paid and it is all thanks to him. Brenton is certainly top notch as both a man and a realtor and we look forward to working with him again in the future."

Are you busy?
I work with only a few people at a time so I can stay present. When I’m at capacity, I say so. If you’re ready to move and I can’t take you on, I’ll refer you to someone I trust. No overwhelm, no juggling, no disappearing.
Are you a solo Realtor or part of a team?
Solo by design. I’m a licensed Ontario Realtor with Royal LePage Performance Realty. My husband, David, supports my practice as an unlicensed assistant - bound by confidentiality, professionalism, and ethics agreements. The relationship, and the responsibility, stay with me.
What is a “professional truth-teller”?
What if my home isn’t ‘market ready,’ or I change my mind mid-process?
Do you work outside Ottawa?
Do you handle rentals or investment properties?
What if I’ve had a bad experience with another Realtor?
How do you communicate?
Are you expensive?
Are you for everyone?
How do you define success in your work?

I'll be in touch shortly! I look forward to discussing your real estate goals.

I’ve always been drawn to things that make sense - not the kind you engineer, but the kind that emerges when you let something be and pay attention long enough to see the pattern.Simplicity comforts me. Coherence, proportion, restraint - they feel like honesty made visible. I find beauty in things that hold together, not because they’re forced, but because they belong. That’s how I see the world, and it’s how I work. I like clarity, parsimony, and decisions that age well. I like when effort disappears into ease, when what’s right feels obvious - not because it was planned that way, but because it was allowed to become that way.Real estate happens to be where those instincts intersect with people’s real lives. It’s full of timing and tension, emotion and math. It demands both structure and flexibility. When I’m doing it well, it feels less like control and more like calibration - a steady hand finding alignment between what’s possible and what’s true.Outside of work, my life is simple by choice. I live with my husband, David, and our dog, Benny. I like quiet mornings, good light, and the small order of things in their place. I read, build and rebuild systems, think too much, and make bread on Sundays. The throughline is the same: I care about what holds - simplicity, honest work, ideas, homes. When something feels right, that’s when I'm happiest.
